This joint is made by folding and stitching Kevlar mesh around the belt ends. Peek spiral loops are woven through the mesh to create a pin-style joint that is compact, flexible, and smooth. Similar to a Bullnose Joint in concept, it provides enhanced flexibility through integrated loops.
This is similar to the Bullnose Joint but this joint can offer more flexibility due to the loops being added into the material.
