How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, then you should expect a 2-5 day wait from the courier.
What are the Shipping rates?
For orders over £35 you are eligible for free delivery and any orders under £35 have a £4 shipping cost.
What happens if my order is damaged
If your order is damaged we will first need to see pictures of the damaged product, then if needed we will send out another item or refund as compensation.
Can I return an order?
Returns on orders are available and you can do this by following the steps listed under the Return and Refund policy.
Do you supply Free samples?
We offer free A4 samples for the fabrics and for adhesive we can offer smaller samples if you are interested in placing a larger order.
Will I get a reduced price coming direct?
By setting up an account and coming direct through our company we can offer a reduced prices on products such as the adhesive and non-adhesive, while some products are only available to buy when coming direct.
What payment methods are there?
Our website takes secure payments through 'Stripe', which accepts all major credit and debit cards. If you require any other method you can contact us directly and we will see what we can do.
