PTFE Coated Fabrics

Hardiflon supplies a wide range of PTFE-coated fabrics, films, and technical textiles designed to perform in the harshest industrial conditions. Our materials are used where high heat, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and non-stick properties are critical — from sealing machines to electronics, food production, can making, the carpet and flooring industry and medical production.

All materials can be supplied in roll form or custom-converted into sheets, cut parts, belts, and die-cut components. Whether you need a high-glide surface, thermal barrier, or chemically inert insulation, we provide material solutions tailored to your process.

PTFE Coated Glass Cloth

Is a high-performance composite material created by impregnating woven fibreglass fabric with PTFE. This combination results in a fabric with exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and non-stick properties, making it widely used in both industrial and commercial applications.

Key Properties:

  • High Temperature Resistance: Withstands temperatures from -73°C to +260°C, making it ideal for extreme heat environments.
  • Non-Stick Surface: The PTFE coating creates a smooth, non-stick surface that prevents material adhesion.

Types of PTFE Glass Cloth:
