Bullnose Joints are produced by folding and stitching the material along the joint area, leaving protruding loops that interlock. This joint type is popular due to its ease of use and its ability to withstand high temperatures, thanks to the industrial-grade thread used.
There is two way of applying the bullnose, these are "sewn-under" and "encapsulated". Sewn-under offers a smoother finish to the surface of the belt making it a great choice where there is accumulation and take off plates, encapsulated has a small ridge where the material is applied but offers a stronger joint which lasts longer.
For any enquiries or interest please contact us through the contact form and any questions you have will be answered as soon as possible.
