The A36 Clipper Joint uses a stainless steel fastener mounted onto a reinforced Kevlar end. This encapsulation prevents premature wear and helps the clipper stay secure. Ideal for applications where belts need frequent removal or fast replacement, the clipper is secured by threading a pin through once in position. It’s suitable for both open- and closed-weave PTFE mesh belts.
The clipper joint is ideal if you need to install or remove belts on your machines quickly. It is as simple as wrapping the belts around your machine and putting a pin through the joint after it is lined up. This type of joint can be used on both PTFE open-weave mesh and closed-weave mesh.
